These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the framework for the sale of private passenger transport services offered by the company DRIVER PRESTIGE VTC RIVIERA (RCS Nice N° 933 782 468, trading name: Glam VTC Riviera & A vos EZE). As an authorized public road carrier (license N° 2025/93/0000558 issued by the DREAL PACA), we ensure your travel with reservation required via our website https://eze-shuttle.comThe company DRIVER PRESTIGE VTC RIVIERA is hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”.
2. Services offered
The Provider offers a transport shuttle service private to or from Eze Village and Eze-Bord-de-Mer SNCF train station. This service operates at times that complement existing transport, with fares set out on the website.
3. Reservations required
Reservations must be made online or by scanning the available QR code, using the form provided for this purpose.
The schedules in our communications are provided for informational purposes only to organize demand and optimize the sharing of journeys. The "A VOS EZE" shuttle is not a regular service. It is triggered and runs for a given time slot only if there has been a prior confirmed reservation for this same journey.
The customer receives a confirmation of their reservation by email which serves as an invoice, accompanied by a digital ticket containing a QR code to present when boarding, so that the driver can scan it.
Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
4. Rates
The prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
The final price is calculated based on the number of passengers and their category (adult/child).
The Provider reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be billed on the basis in effect at the time of booking.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe, at the time of booking.
Any unpaid reservation will not be taken into account.
6. Validity and Cancellation of Tickets
Your tickets are valid indefinitely. Even if you miss your shuttle day and/or time, you can take the next one, subject to availability. You can use them whenever you want, until the driver scans them. Please note: Tickets are non-refundable unless shuttles are canceled for safety reasons, weather-related or otherwise.
7. Collective Travel Ticket
In accordance with regulations and for the internal organization of the shuttle service, a digital collective ticket is automatically generated for each journey serving as administrative proof of the reservations made and also allows us to centralize and verify passenger reservations.
8. Responsibilities and Insurance
Service Provider’s Commitment: We are committed to providing punctual and safe transportation service wherever possible.
Unforeseen Events: In the event of a breakdown, bad weather, strike or other unforeseen event, we will endeavor to offer an alternative solution (postponement, other means of transport) or a refund.
Limitation of Liability: We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by traffic or other external factors.
Insurance : Driver Prestige VTC Riviera is insured with BPCE IARD, in accordance with current regulations.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for customer management purposes.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request to consult, modify or delete your personal data at any time by writing to glamvtcriviera@gmail.com.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing this, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office.
